What makes me different than other social media consultants or marketers?
I enjoyed the time I spent working with affiliates the most as these were the true entrepreneurs of the business. Every visit with them was a business consultation. My job was to help them maximize their productivity by offering solutions and best practices to help them get results and improve their bottom line. It was during that time that I learned to master the power of influence. I also learned what it meant to put everything you have on the line for your business. I had the benefit of experiencing the life of an entrepreneur without the risk of losing it all, yet.
What started out as “just for fun” quickly became a community resource.
My experience with managing social media (specifically Facebook) began in 2014 when I started volunteering my time as an administrator for a local Facebook Group. As a founding member of the group, and a long time friend of the founder herself, it made sense for me to jump in and assist.
In 5 years we have grown the group to over 20,000 members with 17,000 actively participating on a monthly basis. We’ve seen friendships built, pets found, people helping people in our community, at least one marriage and a separate group that formed with the soul purpose to feed and care for kids in need in Pinellas County.
